Thermo Transfer manufactures a complete line of endothermic generators. The size of the unit varies from 250 SCFH to 9,000 SCFH. Endothermic gas is produced by a reaction of air and a fuel gas (natural gas, propane or butane) at high temperature. The reaction itself is endothermic as it requires an external heat to maintain the temperature necessary for the reaction. This external heat can be electric or gaseous fuel. Typically the gas produced contains approximately 40% Hydrogen, 20% Carbon monoxide, 0.5% methane and 39.5 % Nitrogen. The dew point of the generated gas is usually 30° F to 35° F and can be varied between 0° F to 35° F.

We offer "Gas Fired" or "Electrically Heated" units, reference the table below for either value required.

The table below represents the most common units available, but not limited to, we are capable of building units up to 9,000 SCFH.

Each generator that Thermo Transfer builds comes equipped with an (8) eight point pre-startup and first out annunciator alarm system as a standard feature, which helps tremendously when troubleshooting your generator.
